If the person you are completing the verification for is/was an employee of a BIGGBY COFFEE franchise, we would recommend reaching out to the location directly. Since each of our stores is independently owned and operated, we do not have store-level employment records at the Home Office. You can access a store's contact information by entering their zip code on our Locations page.
On the other hand, if the person you are completing the verification for is/was an employee of the BIGGBY COFFEE Home Office (Global Orange Development LLC), we would be more than happy to pass the verification along to our HR team to complete. Please send the employment verification request to feedback@biggby.com, and we will route it to our HR team who will then follow up with you.
