1. The first thing we recommend is to log out and back into the app.
2. If that does not work, please try deleting the app and redownloading it to be sure you are using the most updated version.
3. If that still does not work, please submit a ticket by emailing feedback@biggby.com and include the following information:
- The email address you use for your BIGGBY account.
- A description of the issue.
- What type of device you are using.
- Any relevant screenshots.
