Issues with Your BIGGBY® COFFEE DoorDash Order?

We’re sorry to hear there was a problem with your DoorDash order, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know!

Since all BIGGBY® COFFEE locations are independently owned and operated, we recommend the following steps to ensure your issue is addressed properly:


1. Need a Refund?

All payments for DoorDash orders are processed through DoorDash directly. For any refund requests (missing items, incorrect orders, etc.), you’ll need to reach out to DoorDash Customer Support:

They’ll be able to assist you with refund eligibility and next steps.


2. Want to Share Feedback with Us?

If you’d like us to pass your experience along to the store’s owner and franchise management team, we’re happy to help! Since each store is independently run, we’ll need a few details to share your feedback with the correct location:

  • The store you ordered from

  • The date and approximate time of your order

  • A list of items included in the order

  • A brief description of the issue
