Lost BIGGBY® Card

We are sorry to hear that your card has been lost! 


You can always ask for a new card at checkout during your next visit to a BIGGBY® COFFEE, and your friendly barista would be happy to get one started for you! 


Alternatively, you could download the BIGGBY app onto your phone and use your digital card to collect points and earn rewards. This way, you'll never have to worry about a lost card again! 


If the card that you lost was registered to your BIGGBY® account, your rewards are safely stored in your account! We recommend that you remove any lost cards from your account to prevent the lost card from being used and affecting your rewards. Removing the card will not cause any change to your account's rewards balance. You can remove a registered card on the "MY BIGGBY Card" tab when logged into your account at https://app.biggby.com/


If your lost card was registered and had a cash balance loaded, we would be happy to transfer the funds from the lost card to another card registered to your account to keep those funds safe! You can reach out to us at feedback@biggby.com for any cash balance transfers! 


Unfortunately, if your card was unregistered, we are unable to trace the card to restore any lost rewards.
