Keto-friendly Drink Options
At this point in time for keto-friendly options, we carry plain iced coffee, brewed coffee, plain iced tea, black cold brew, and any of our specialty teas! In addition, any of our lattes can be made reduced-calorie with half-and-half milk instead of our standard 2% milk, making it lower in carbs. To add a little flavor to any of these beverages, we carry sugar-free mocha, vanilla, caramel, and hazelnut. Some additional items you could add to any beverage to provide another layer of flavor are cinnamon powder, a lemon slice, or coca power. We also carry Truvia and Splenda!
Nut Allergy
All our thick sauces (white chocolate, caramel, marshmallow, and mocha) are produced in facilities that also process peanut products. They do not contain any peanuts or tree nuts, though. As for our thin syrups, those are produced in a facility that also processes tree nuts. Apart from the Hazelnut, none of those flavors contain any peanut or tree nut product.
We also want to note that our stores carry almond milk. If you are severely allergic, it may be best to let your barista know. We do have safety procedures already in place to protect customers from cross-contamination, but it is helpful to warn the staff preparing your drink so that they can be extra careful!
Sugar-Free Syrup Options
Each of our stores carries sugar free Mocha, Caramel, Hazelnut, and Vanilla flavors. Our cafes also carry Splenda and Truvia which can be served in packets on the side or added to your beverage during preparation. Additionally, our iced coffee, iced tea, and premium teas are all sugar-free!
Vegan Options
Any hot or iced latte (with no whip) can be made vegan apart from any made with our Caramel, Marshmallow, or White Chocolate sauces. If you are avoiding honey, the Chai sauce would also not be best for you. We currently offer oat, almond, and coconut milk (coconut only at select locations). Please note that our blended/frozen drinks contain a smoothie base called tonic that contains dairy. So go for hot or iced for sure! We do have a Creme Freeze Smoothie option that can be made dairy-free--the Mango Creme Freeze. If you are ordering a fruity Creme Freeze, you can always replace the tonic with a banana at an additional cost. All our tea options are vegan!
As for food, our bagels, except for the Asiago, are vegan. Some of our locations do carry the items to make a vegan bragel sandwich: including vegan sausage and Chao cheese. We also carry Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Kind Bars, and some stores offer fresh fruit.
Milk Options
Our stores carry 2% milk, skim milk, breve or half-and-half, almond milk, and oat milk. Some stores have offered to carry coconut milk.
Gluten-Free Options
Concerning gluten-free food items, each of our stores carries fresh bananas and Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Kind bars that are available all day.
