You can check your card's balance when logged into your account at https://app.biggby.com/! To view your card's balance, simply register the gift card on the "My BIGGBY Card" tab of your account. At this time, cash balances are card-specific and cannot be transferred unless done so by a member of the BIGGBY® COFFEE Home Office.
If you find that the remaining balance on your card is different than what you anticipated, our team can certainly investigate the transaction history on the card to pinpoint the discrepancy.
