In order to investigate any rewards discrepancy and/or credit any missed points, we will need your 14-digit BIGGBY® card number and the receipt from the visits in question. Our baristas do not automatically hand out receipts but are happy to print them upon request. If you do not have your receipt, we can pull it up for you! We'd need the following information about your visit(s) in order to do so.

Note: Discounted beverages will not qualify for rewards. Rewards cannot be banked and are automatically applied to orders when available. The only way to save a reward for later use would be to avoid having your registered card swiped until you are ready to redeem your freebie.
