Each of our locations is individually owned and operated, and all payment processing is executed at the store-level. If you would like a refund for an order placed online, you will need to contact the team at the store directly for support. If you placed an order at the wrong location, we recommend calling the location that you placed your order at as soon as possible to try to cancel the order. We would not be able to guarantee that the order will be cancelled as that is handled directly at the location it was ordered to.
