Happy birthday! I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive that birthday beverage, but I'm glad you found your way to our support center. With how our system is set up, a birthday reward is automatically loaded on the morning of a customer's birthday. Our system does not currently account for the Leap Year, so the reward is unfortunately prevented from loading during a regular year. The only way we can ensure your birthday beverage gets added to your account automatically in future years would be to change your birthday to 2/28 or 3/1.
