To delete your BIGGBY account please submit a ticket to the Fanatic Factory with the email of the account you would like deleted and we will be able to assist you.  Please note that deleting your account results in forfeiting any unused loyalty points and removes you from our coupon email distribution list. Your profile and account information as available on the profile tab in the BIGGBY app will be removed upon account deletion.
